How it works
Date, venue, vibe, budget. A 60-second form is all it takes.
We hand-pick acts that fit your venue, your guests, and your goals.
Transparent quote, signed contract, and a point of contact through showtime.
Word from the floor
"They found us a jazz trio for our gala in under 48 hours. The room was electric — guests are still talking about it."
"Our wedding band canceled two weeks out. They had a replacement booked the next morning that was, honestly, better."
"I run a 200-cap venue and they're my first call for fills. Every player they send is pro, on-time, and prepared."
For bandleaders
Drummer down? Bass player stuck in traffic? Tap into a deep bench of professional sub players ready to step in — often same day.
Questions, answered
Straight answers on cost, commission, and what happens when something changes.
Clients pay the act's quoted fee — our commission is built into that quote, never tacked on. Most full bookings land between $800 and $15,000 depending on act size, travel, and run-of-show.
We take a flat 10% finder's commission on any act we book. If that same act gets rebooked at the same venue later on — even if the venue calls them directly — we still collect 5% on every future booking there because we made the original introduction.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours for a shortlist. For emergencies (a sub player, a same-week cancellation) we can often confirm within hours.
Yes. Every booking includes a signed agreement, a clear deposit schedule, and a single point of contact through showtime.
We carry a deep bench. If something goes sideways, we replace the act at no extra cost to you — that's the whole point of booking through an agency.
Yes. We regularly book regional and touring talent. Travel and lodging are added to the quote transparently.
